YOUR INFORMATION
PRIVACY
AT A GLANCE.
How the public pages in this website version handle your information.
Enquiries
The enquiry form prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not submit your details to a website database. You choose whether to send the draft using your email provider. You may also contact RTK Dimech directly at info@rtkdimech.com.
Cookies and external services
These public pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and images are served with the website. Product filters work in your browser. Opening directions takes you to Google Maps, which has its own privacy practices. Your email service handles any email you choose to send.
Vehicle and chassis searches
Vehicle searches and chassis lookups are handled by RTK's website. Staff may save checked chassis-to-vehicle records so returning customers can find the same applications. Choosing Identify VIN online sends the entered VIN to the public NHTSA vPIC service through RTK's server; it does not send your name or account details. This optional service mainly covers US-market vehicles and identifies vehicle details, not compatible parts. Manufacturer instruction links open external websites.
Basket and demonstration
The shop saves product codes and basket quantities in this browser until you remove them. Demonstration mode stores its sample products, orders and any details you enter in this browser. Use fictional details in the demo. The staff demonstration has a reset button; clearing this site’s browser data removes the saved basket and demo.
Account services
The separate account and team workspace uses authentication cookies when configured. When live ordering is enabled, submitted orders, contact details, delivery details, account terms and recorded payment references are stored for RTK’s order handling. Approved staff can access these records. This version does not collect card numbers or process card payments. Contact the business about your records.
